Judge Marbley Certifies a Collective action against Digital Dish - March 24, 2008
On March 24, 2008 Judge Marbley issued a Decision and Order granting ten Digital Dish former Job Based Technicians the right to contact current and former Digital Dish Job Based Technicians to see if they want to participate in the lawsuit. As a result of the decision, 1427 current and former Digital Dish Job Based Technicians were mailed a court approved Notice of the lawsuit and a Consent form to join the lawsuit. The current and former Digital Dish Job Based Technicians have until July 2, 2008 to postmark and return the Consent form to Barkan Neff Handelman Meizlish.
