Digital Dish Overtime Class Action

Since June 6, 2005, Barkan Neff Handelman Meizlish has been involved in litigation against the Ohio satellite Regional Service Provider for DISHNetwork for failing to pay overtime pay to Job based Technicians. The lawsuit stems from alleged violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Ohio Fair Minimum Wage Standards Act. This lawsuit is a collective action under the federal FLSA and a class action under the Ohio law brought on behalf of all the Job Based Technicians and is presently being litigated in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in Columbus, Ohio.

This lawsuit is brought in United States Duistrict Court for the Southerrn District of Ohio under the caption Musarra, et al. v. Digital Dish, Inc., No. C2-05-545. The case is assigned to United States District Judge Algenon Marbley and Magistrate Judge Nora McAnn-King.
