Ms. Baith is an associate involved with the wage and hour/overtime practice as well as Social Security Disability/SSI practice. Ms. Baith clerked at Barkan Neff Handelman Meizlish throughout law school and has rare significant experience for a first year associate. Ms. Baith received her B.A. from The University of Michigan in 2002 and her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2007. She is admitted to practice in front of the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio.
